The primary objective of the RMA is to create a platform where risk management professionals, together with individuals and businesses, will be able to connect and exchange views on risk and risk management related topics through events and webinars. The association will cover both financial and non-financial risk related topic, underpinning the association’s interest in promoting entreprise-wide risk management as we live in an increasingly connected world.

RMA also aims to facilitate access and exchange on various learning resources and specialized information in the risk management field through a wide spectrum that includes educational courses, webinars and white papers. This will raise basic awareness of risk management concepts and mechanisms that will enable participants to identify, manage and plan for future risks in their own units and companies.

With our links to an international risk management club and other European associations, the RMA intends to bring to Mauritius the latest risk management thinking and practices from Europe and beyond.

The Association will also contribute in providing mentoring opportunities to young peers and students with the objective of sparking interest in the risk management field for future generations.
